Académie du Vin Library were experiencing great success with their email marketing database, but this was also something that they felt they hadn’t fully invested in optimising, and knew that it could be a rich source of sales if they could grow the base, and implement best practice.
We helped to redesign key user journeys, including the welcome/onboarding process and created email and digital templates alongside design guidelines to ensure that emails performed as well as they possibly could, and reflected the brand’s premium positioning and product mix. We also ran a number of acquisition campaigns to build the newsletter audience across social channels.
